Dump the ''Are you Sure?'' warning

 

Yes, I`m sure I want to place those files in the Recycle Bin, right now.

To keep this nagging dialog box at bay, right-click the Recycle Bin, select Properties, and uncheck "Display delete confirmation dialog".
